Chapters collect toys for underprivileged kids at December meetings

The credit unions of Massachusetts are demonstrating their holiday spirit in a variety of ways this year.  One special tradition that marks every holiday season is chapter toy drives for underprivileged children.  This month four chapters are conducting such drives.

On Tuesday, December 3, the Metro-Boston Chapter gathered at Florian Hall in Dorchester to continue their tradition of gathering gifts for the Toys for Tots Campaign.

Next week, on Tuesday, December 10 both the Pioneer Valley Chapter and the Tri-County North Chapter will be holding their holiday parties and gathering toys for charity will be the centerpiece of both of those events.  The toys from the Pioneer Valley event at the Wyckoff Country Club in Holyoke will be sent to the Toys for Tots Campaign.  At the Danversport Yacht Club in Danvers the credit union officials and staff will be bringing along gifts for Toys for Tots as well.

The schedule is rounded out by the Wednesday, December 11 meeting of the Southern Mass Chapter at the Chateau Restaurant in Norton where they will also be collecting toys for underprivileged children.
