IC Federal Credit Union, one of the largest Credit Unions in the State of Massachusetts, is seeking a Retail Operations Representative. The Retail Operations Representative is accountable for the daily monitoring of internet banking, bill pay, mobile banking, mobile deposit, online account opening and Quick Pay. They will help assist with wire transfers, ACH activity, Reg E Claims and assist with all deposit banking regulations as well as provide unmatched service to the members and staff.   • Assists monitoring Bank Secrecy Act and other Federal Regulations.
  • Assists in Audit preparation.
  • Assists with Escheatment accounts by monitoring the Dormant Accounts.
  • Performs additional duties as requested.
  • Process all ACH daily functions.
  • Process In-clearing Exception Report.
  • Process Reg. E member claims, adjustments, research and reports.
  • Process Daily Electronic Banking functions.
  • Quality control of daily processed work.
  • Process daily return deposited items.
  • Perform association balancing.
  • Process CAMS alerts from Visa.
  • Quality control IRA transactions and paperwork.
  • Monitor and report on negative balance account.
  • Process reclamation, levy, SSA4641 requests
  • Release testing and special project testing.
  • Process branch inquiries, research and external verifications.
  • Daily balancing and monthly reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts. Keep track of and report Teller differences using D Track for the branches.
  • Receives returned ATM cards, logs, and destroys when applicable.
  • Balance reports timely and accurately to provide and process exceptions daily to provide unmatched service to members.
  • Maintain and quality control new or existing member accounts daily.
  • Research and resolve member inquiries timely and accurately to provide the best possible service to members and staff.
  • Maintain compliance standards in accordance with all applicable regulations.
  • Satisfactorily completes all required compliance training and complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Two plus years of experience in back office Retail Operations.
  • The role includes a working knowledge of ACH, Reg E, Debit Card Processing and Electronic Banking Administration in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required and knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements.
