City of Boston CU CEO Trombley Voices Support of Jimmy Fund as Part of Radio-Telethon during Red Sox

Dan Trombley, CEO of the City of Boston Credit Union, Boston, MA, joined Red Sox radio announcers Joe Castiglione and Dave O'Brien during the seventh inning of the Red Sox game against the Angels at Fenway Park.  Dan was there to help promote the annual radio-telethon held to raise money for the Jimmy Fund.  The Jimmy Fund solely supports Boston's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, raising funds for adult and pediatric cancer care and research to improve the chances of survival for cancer patients around the world. Since its founding in 1948, the Jimmy Fund has raised millions of dollars through thousands of community fundraising events.
While on the air, Dan indicated his pride in being able to represent the 22,000 members of the City of Boston Credit Union and voice their support of the Jimmy Fund.  During the seventh inning, Dan called on listeners to show their support by supporting the charity.
